To access, view or copy the models described in this paper, log on to the Virtual Cell software. Go to File>Open>BioModel. In the BioModel Database dialog, scroll down and open Shared Models. Select user 'jsaucer', the public models are entitled 'AKARmyocyte', AKARmyocyte_2compart’ and ‘AKARmyocyte_no_cAMP_buffering’.
